Frequency selection is based on the type of pollutants on your objects. 28kHz frequency provides stronger cleaning action, making it better for car/motor/truck parts cleaning (removing oils, grease, pastes, etc.). 40kHz is better for PCB boards, electronic parts, and higher precision goods.
